Mark assists with the policy and representation function of Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce. This includes supporting the coordination and delivery of the various Chamber working groups include: Construction Plus Forum; Membership and Policy Group; Rep Council; Transport Forum and Women in Business.
Mark has previously delivered the two-day business start up course for Doncaster Chamber aimed at businesses with the Sheffield City Region on the Launchpad programme that are start ups or who have been trading less than two years. Make Your Mark UK also regularly delivers half day workshops on subjects such as networking skills, pitching, LinkedIn and time management. Mark has also run staff development sessions for the team focusing on understanding each other and how to work more effectively as well as helping to develop the Chamber values.
EMS is a leading provider of water monitoring, air monitoring, environmental management and environmental training solutions. Make Your Mark UK has delivered several staff development sessions for the team and senior management team on understanding each other as well as coaching skills.
Mark facilitates courses on behalf of PREP (Pre-Retirement Consultancy Services Ltd) for organisations such as Universities and the NHS for their workforce who are approaching retirement. As well as facilitating several courses, Mark also delivers workshops as part of the PREP programme on health and wellbeing and volunteering.

Make Your Mark UK has delivered a few sessions for different staff teams at Brooke, the international charity on action for working horses and donkeys.
Cast Theatre in Doncaster is a purpose built venue which opened in 2013 and is playing a key part in increasing the profile of Doncaster and aspiration within the town. Make Your Mark UK has run staff development sessions for the senior management team.
The Yorkshire and Humberside Federation of Art Galleries and Museums is the only dedicated membership organisation for people working in or for the benefit of Museums and Galleries in the region. It exists to represent, support and develop its members through regular meetings, newsletters, training, consultation and lobbying. Make Your Mark UK has delivered an introduction to grant fundraising to their members and is due to share networking tips at their summer social in August 2019
H.O.P.E in the Community, a Barnsley based voluntary and community organisation has benefited from advice and tips from Make Your Mark UK on developing a business plan and fundraising strategy.
Mark is the National President 2019 for the Junior Chamber International UK. JCI provides development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. He has delivered numerous training courses including for JCI Belfast, JCI Greenwich, JCI Leeds, JCI Nottingham, JCI Rotherham and JCI Sheffield.
Rotherham Talking Newspapers benefitted from being the first Charity of the Year for Make Your Mark UK. The charity provides a service to people, of any age, who are blind, visually impaired, or unable to hold and read a newspaper for any reason. Mark delivered a pro-bono ‘away day’ for the charity’s trustee board and Co-ordinator, helping them to identify key strategic contacts to help raise their profile.
Charity SCCCCs was the most recent Charity of the Year for Make Your Mark UK. Charity Director Mark Storey said “We have worked with Mark as Make Your Mark UK’s Charity of the Year over the last 12 months.
